Nick Chini has over fifteen years of experience conducting acquisition and strategic analysis in the energy, technology, and industrial product markets. He has over seven years with Bainbridge Consulting and Bainbridge Capital. From oil and gas exploration to bulk terminal and transloading facilities, Mr. Chini has analyzed over 500 product and service companies, covering 200 markets for strategic planning, competitive intelligence, market due diligence, product positioning, acquisition search and due diligence, and financial valuation. Mr. Chini’s clients in M&A include Kinder Morgan, Cano Petroleum, Microsoft, Coca Cola, Mitretek, Ralcorp, and more. His deals have ranged from the $560mm acquisition of Davison companies by Genesis Energy to transactions of technology assets by Microsoft.
Nick Chini holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University. Mr. Chini earned a specialty in marketing from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has completed advanced studies at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
